Chinese suspicion over US intentions
Chinese suspicion over US intentions: Beijing sees the United States as exploiting its maritime disputes with neighbors, especially Japan, Vietnam and the Philippines, to build "C-shaped encirclement" that redresses what Washington fears is a rapidly shifting balance of power in Asia.
